U.S. soccer player Alejandro Bedoya is ready to be key player for Nantes Ligue 1 team next season, he said in an exclusiv interview for  France 3 web show #Canariplay.

Ready to be the key player for Nantes next year

Alejandro Bedoya after one session playing for FC Nantes is eager and ready next season to be Nantes number 10. With Djordjevic departure for Lazio Roma, the international american player feels he can be the one playing a key role in the french team.

I scoarded some important goals this season, that brought up seven eight nine points to the team.. and throughout the all season, I was always getting good spots. I created chances for myself and for my team mates and I think if I just get a little clamer.. I know ligue 1 a little better.. if I work on my finishing and maybe if I get a little more calmer when I come in the box, get the shot in target and the goal, I know I can score 8,  9 hopefully.
There are ups and downs..But like I said I should probably score more goals..Now with the chances that I have . The positive is that they are there. There are there to be made.. so  like I said, next year a little calmer and more confidence and those chances will be goals."

Hope to be chosen for U.S. Team for the world cup in Brazil

Alejandro doesn't know yet if the U.S. coach is going to select him to play for the world cup but of course is eager to meet France there. "It would mean for us that we are already in the quarter final".

Bedoya was pretty impressive as a front player against Paris Saint Germain in late august match here in Nantes or against Guingamp this week-end. He feels really better playing there than being used as a side player.
